Orders and Payments

Orders are subject to availability, payment approval, fraud review, and acceptance by RareSummon.

We may cancel or adjust an order when necessary because of inventory errors, obvious pricing or listing mistakes, suspected fraud, purchase-limit violations, or other legitimate operational issues. If we cancel an amount already paid, we will refund the affected amount.

Purchase Limits

Products may have limits per order, customer, account, payment method, address, household, or other reasonable identifier.

Limits do not stack. The strictest applicable limit is the maximum quantity allowed.

Orders intended to bypass purchase limits may be reduced or canceled.

Product Information

We try to keep product descriptions, prices, availability, and images accurate. Mistakes may occasionally occur, and we may correct obvious errors or cancel affected orders with a refund.

Accounts

RareSummon may offer guest checkout and customer accounts. You are responsible for providing accurate information and protecting your account credentials.

Age

You must be at least 18 to make purchases, or use the site under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

RareSummon's name, branding, website content, graphics, and original materials may not be copied or commercially used without permission except as allowed by law.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, RareSummon is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses resulting from use of the website or delays outside our reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be waived.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Illinois law. Disputes will be handled in courts with appropriate jurisdiction in Illinois unless applicable law requires otherwise.
